Manor Park Country House had everything a venue is supposed to need. A beautiful property, excellent reviews, and couples who loved the place. What they didn’t have was any way to predict where next season’s bookings were coming from.
Bookings depended on word of mouth and waiting. Good months, quiet months, and no way to turn it up when the calendar started looking thin.
So we spent a day at the property filming it properly. Then we built the advertising around that footage, across Meta, Google and their website.
Over twelve months, £11k of ad spend produced £960k in new bookings. No discounting.
Every asset we made is still theirs. The films, the ads, the pages, the sequences.
We helped modernise Mumbles Brewery’s brand and marketing, turning an established business with little proactive digital activity into a stronger commercial operation.
The result was meaningful growth across brewery revenue, online sales, and repeat sales, giving the owners the confidence and financial platform to expand.
Off the back of that success, the venue Sessions was launched where we helped build the brand from scratch and drive impressive Year 1 revenue.
We come to your venue and build the raw material.
Then we build the places those ads send people.
And the system that turns enquiries into booked dates.
Most agencies build something you can’t take with you. Stop paying and the ads stop, the pages come down, and you’re back where you started with nothing to show for a year of retainers.
We work the other way round. The films, the ad accounts, the pages, the email sequences and the pipeline are all built in your accounts and stay there. When we’re done, you own the lot.
Some venues keep us on to manage the spend. Plenty don’t, and run it themselves. Both are fine, and neither is a condition of us building it.
Our aim is for you to hire us and fire us within a short period, because a system you own is worth more to you than an agency you rent.
This is built for venues with dates to fill, a booking value worth advertising for, and a willingness to put money behind the media. If you’re already booked solid through next season, you don’t need us.
It’s a poor fit if you want someone to post on Instagram, if you can’t put budget behind the ads on top of the build, or if you want a permanent agency on retainer. We’re not that.
You do, but not cold. The nurture sequences and auto replies are built so that by the time you speak to someone they already know your venue and have effectively put their hand up. We’ll also look at your sales process and advise where it’s losing people, since that’s usually where bookings are actually won or lost. If you want the enquiries feeding into a CRM, we’ll build the system straight into the one you use, or help you set one up if you haven’t got one.
It varies, and within reason the more you put in the more you get back. As a baseline we’d recommend £20 a day, so around £600 a month. That’s enough for the campaigns to gather data, test properly and start producing consistently. It sits in your own ad account and is separate from anything you pay us.
We want an honest portrayal of your venue, so the more access we get the better the result. That said, we adapt. If you’re camera shy we can make it work without you, though we’d encourage you to get involved. We’re good at getting natural answers out of people and at helping you forget the camera is there, and it does show in the final films. Not every project needs filming either. If you already have good footage we’ll use it rather than push our own.
Usually within a couple of weeks of launch. Sometimes it’s the same day. Ad campaigns work on testing, so we don’t expect to get the targeting perfect on day one, and the first few weeks are about finding what works. After that, optimisation is what puts you in the strongest position to fill the gaps in your diary.
No ties at all. We offer ongoing optimisation, either monthly or as a quarterly sprint, but it’s entirely optional. If the system is running and the enquiries are coming in, take it on yourself. We keep no part of it. The accounts, the footage, the pages and the sequences are yours permanently.
If the numbers aren’t landing, we don’t leave you with it. The first month is testing, so we expect to be changing things, and if it’s still not working after that we’ll rebuild the targeting, the creative or the offer until it does. Where we’ll be straight with you is when the problem isn’t the advertising. If your pricing is off for your market, or enquiries are arriving and the tours aren’t converting them, more traffic won’t fix it. We’ll tell you what we’re seeing and advise on it, but those changes are yours to make.
Twenty minutes.
We’ll look at your calendar, your enquiry flow, and what this would look like installed at your property.
If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so.
